Is it really the Phone that we’re addicted to?

Phones and technologies are a major part of our everyday lives, most of us even spend several hours a day scrolling down and tapping on the screen of our devices. So do I, but the question is, are we sure it’s really the phone we’re addicted to?

I, a well integrated 15-year-old teenage boy, would like to ease into this topic by confirming that I personally also do waste a lot of my spare time using social media or playing video games. Pretty much all year one could call me a “phone-dependent” and I’m sure that I’m not the only one who’ll feel the same way. Stressful times

For most of us the top source of stress is school. We spend half of our day in school or executing exercises for school so no wonder that school has a strong impact on our lives and that we think and worry a lot about school. It is pretty stressful for many students; all the tests, quizzes, homework tasks and studying…We worry a lot about our grades. Does social media affect your health?

First of all, I want to point out that I use social media and that there are definitely some pros to it, but it would like to point out some things that I think make social media horrible.

Social media is mostly used by teenagers and we use it not only to stalk cute boys online or for other social interactions, which is what SOCIAL media should be about.
