Hey guys, today I´m writing my third blog entry and it’s going to be about “Healthy Living”, how you can start your day happy and motivated.
First of all, before you get up, think of things you like and you are going to do this day. You will get up much more motivated and start your day with a smile.
What’s also very important is that you eat breakfast in the morning, because eating before working is very important for thinking in school and it also gives you energy for working. Maybe before you go to school stretch a bit so your muscles get activated, too.
Don’t think that just stretching in the morning is enough. If you don’t do sports during the week you may get fat and it’s difficult to lose weight again. Try to do sports two to three times a week. It doesn’t have to be long, just half an hour to one hour. To motivate yourself to do sports do it with your friends. Just ask friends who want to live healthy, too. J
What’s also very important for me is to have a social life. Don’t always get stressed if you have a lot of stuff to do, for example in school. Take your time and meet with friends or family to talk or go to the cinema. Also reserve some time for yourself to relax. Maybe read a good book or listen to music.
Food also plays an important role. Don’t think just because you are doing sports you can eat anything at any time. Be careful with that. The best thing to do would be to eat three times a day. You actually don’t need to eat more, of course, it also depends on how much you eat, but actually three times a day should be enough. Sometimes you can eat sweets too, that shouldn’t be a big problem, but do not eat them after every meal.
So if you follow all these advice, then you should be fully motivated for every day!
